Medlief connects medical facilities with doctors, transforming relief shifts and offering independent professionals freedom and flexibility to manage their schedules while making a significant impact in the medical field.

Medlief sought to create a platform that accommodates the busy schedules and lifestyle preferences of healthcare professionals while helping clinics and healthcare facilities with their staffing needs. Through the application, medical doctors and veterinarians could search, apply, and manage shifts, while clinics could post available shifts and review applications. Additionally, the platform would include a messaging feature to facilitate communication between both parties. Moreover, the company aimed to build a marketing website to promote the platform and educate prospective customers about the brand.
The project started with extensive research and analysis to understand the challenges faced by medical and veterinary clinics and healthcare professionals. The team conducted interviews and surveys to gather insights on scheduling difficulties, staffing shortages, and preferences for flexible work arrangements. Afterward, we designed storyboards to capture the different user journeys. I then produced a series of wireframes, which were later transformed into interactive prototypes to better demonstrate the various flows and functionalities. Finally, I designed, coded, and animated the company's website using Webflow
