Agriculture & Forestry
NativState is a dedicated team of scientists, engineers, foresters, and land managers specializing in forest carbon development. Its mission is to work with landowners to generate revenue by conserving their forests and create the scale necessary to participate in a carbon credit program.
- UI/UX Design
NativState intended to upgrade its website to increase its appeal to landowners and investors. The company sought a polished and responsive site, showcasing strong aesthetic, great imagery, clear calls to action, and optimal page loading performance.
Working alongside the project owner, we established a detailed sitemap and structure for the website. I then designed a set of wireframes showcasing the new layout and updated content. To ensure consistency and streamline the development process, I implemented reusable blocks. After receiving the necessary approvals, I created style tiles for both mobile and desktop formats, aligned with the company's branding. I then advanced the wireframes into high-fidelity mockups and sourced high-quality royalty-free images, in addition to those supplied. Afterward, I designed a collection of SVGs and icons to visually represent different sections and organize the content. Finally, I ran a usability test then exported all graphics for the development handoff.
